8:30pm to 10pm Total Pads Session – Adults

Tuesday
6:30pm to 8:00pm Karate Jutsu For MMA Sparring Technique
8:00pm-9:00pm Women Only Fitness

Wednesday
6am-7am Pads Fitness
6:30-7:30pm Children P1 -P4
7:30pm -8:30pm Children P5 +
8:30pm to 10pm Grappling Tegumi Session – Adults

Thursday – Karate Jutsu GI NIGHT
6:30-7:30pm Children P1 -P4

6am-7am Fitness Circuit
